General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and editorial publishing services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced. Every order involves time, resources, publisher coordination, and content preparation.
However, Backlinkrs will always work with you to find a fair solution if an issue arises.
Before Work Begins
You may request to cancel your order before any work has started.
If no content has been written, no publisher has been contacted, and no campaign work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
After Work Has Started
Once work has started, including content writing, publisher outreach, campaign planning, or order processing, refunds may no longer be available.
This is because resources have already been allocated to your project.
Content Writing
If Backlinkrs prepares content as part of your order, you will receive the article for review before publication.
Reasonable revision requests are included.
Once the content has been approved and submitted for publication, refunds related to content writing cannot be issued.
Guest Post Publication
If your guest post has already been published on the selected publisher website, the order is considered successfully completed.
Refunds cannot be issued for completed publications.
Publisher Rejections
Occasionally, a publisher may reject submitted content due to editorial guidelines or publishing requirements.
If this happens, Backlinkrs will work to revise the content or arrange publication on a comparable publisher website, subject to your approval.
If we are unable to complete the order, we may offer a replacement placement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Publication Delays
Publishing timelines are estimates only.
While most orders are completed within the expected timeframe, publisher schedules, editorial reviews, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Publication delays alone do not qualify for a refund.
Customer Requested Cancellations
If you request cancellation after work has begun, refund eligibility will depend on the stage of your order.
Completed work, including content writing, publisher outreach, editorial review, or publication coordination, may not be refundable.
Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including target URLs, anchor text, publishing instructions, and campaign requirements.
Backlinkrs cannot be held responsible for delays or additional work resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Changes After Submission
Once content has been approved and submitted to the publisher, significant changes may not be possible.
Any requested modifications after publisher submission may incur additional charges depending on the publisher’s editorial policies.
SEO Results
Backlinkrs provides professional link building and guest posting services designed to support your long-term SEO strategy.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Search engine rankings
- Keyword positions
- Organic traffic
- Domain Authority (DA)
- Domain Rating (DR)
- Indexing by search engines
- Revenue or business growth
Search engine performance depends on numerous factors outside our control.
Refunds will not be issued based on SEO performance or ranking expectations.
Publisher Changes
Publishers retain full ownership and editorial control over their websites.
Although Backlinkrs works with trusted publishing partners offering long-term placements, we cannot guarantee that publishers will never modify, update, or remove content in the future.
Such actions are beyond our reasonable control and do not qualify for a refund.
Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment processing error, please contact us immediately.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly to the original payment method.
Fraudulent Transactions
Backlinkrs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
Where appropriate, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and payment processor requirements.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and efficiently whenever possible.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or legal action where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
